Project Ovation

Branding for a biomass hydrogen generator by Green Hydrogen Inc. One of my board members in Gilman Industries, Dr. Hazem Tawfik, wanted me to take a look at some of his projects in the process of commercializing. The first project I viewed was a revolutionary biomass device. The device takes wood scraps from road crews and bakes it in fuel grade hydrogen through a process called gasification. I immediately came up with the working title by declaring that this deserves an ovation. My work on the branding had several approaches, but what made the most impact for me and Dr. Tawfik was a simple fusing of the O and the V to make a shape. It was important that the shape felt like water and gases, and with a sense of floating. I then selected a font called Beware, which has a good techy feel.
